Taipei Part IX: The Journey Home
We boarded the bus around 5:20 and began the final stages of our journey. Two bus rides and three hours later, we were trekking across the grassy campus of Asia University. We ran into a few of our classmates and heard a bit about what they had been doing for the weekend (a bus tour of Taichung, a forum with students from Taiwan and the mainland, and a trip to a museum, temple, and then a cultural village where they built their own oven and cooked their own dinner from scratch. Sounds like fun, but I know I wouldn't trade this trip to Taipei for anything.
